GERMANY VISA APPLICATION TYPES

Every year, many people from different countries migrate to Germany for work. Germany attracts considerable interest from immigrants due to its consistently export-focused economy, its emphasis on science and technological advancements, and its status as a social state governed by the rule of law. While some immigrants work as workers, others enter the trade by establishing their own businesses. 1. National Visa Application


Foreigners wishing to open a business in Germany first need a residence permit. Therefore, they must first apply for a National Visa at the authorized German consulate in their place of residence in Turkey. During the national visa application process: The consulate requests numerous documents during the application process, including documents from training received, documents from training received in Germany related to the profession in which the applicant will be practicing, investment projects related to the profession in which the applicant will be practicing in Germany, and documents related to investments made in Turkey in the relevant profession, documents showing taxpayers' income and expenses for previous years, bank statements, and title deeds for real estate. 2. Visa Application for Vocational Training in Germany


Citizens of countries not belonging to the European Union can also receive vocational training in Germany. Individuals wishing to apply for a visa to Germany for vocational training must obtain approval from the relevant Employment Agency in the country where they will be studying. Upon receipt of this approval, the applicant will be eligible for a residence and work permit. Additionally, individuals studying at German schools outside Germany can apply for a visa to receive vocational training in Germany without needing approval from the Employment Agency. Vocational training in Germany lasts at least two years.


3. Germany Visa Application for Job Seekers


Individuals who have completed higher education at any German university or a university recognized and recognized in Germany can apply for a visa to seek employment in Germany. These visas are issued for six months. During this period, individuals search for employment in Germany. Applicants must also prove that they have sufficient income to cover their living expenses for six months. Equivalence procedures for education received outside Germany are handled through ANABIN. Therefore, it would be beneficial for the applicant if the profession they will pursue as a result of their education abroad is among those with a shortage of workers in Germany. In professions with a shortage of workers in Germany, employment opportunities can be readily found after the completion of the diploma equivalence process.


4. European Union Blue Card


Individuals who have completed university education within or outside Germany can apply for the European Union ("EU") Blue Card to obtain the right to work and reside (a residence permit) in Germany. First, entry to the Federal Republic of Germany is achieved through a visa obtained from the German Consulate General in Turkey. Then, using the Blue Card, applicants apply to the relevant foreigners' office in Germany at their intended place of residence or work. Applicants must have completed a university degree at a university in Germany or abroad. Furthermore, they must earn at least €4,234 per month in the sector they intend to work in Germany, using a skilled workforce.
